Types of variables passed by server in CMD_CHECK_NETWORK_SERVICE
message:
VID_SERVICE_TYPE WORD
VID_IP_ADDRESS DWORD
VID_IP_PROTO WORD
VID_IP_PORT WORD
VID_SERVICE_REQUEST STRING
VID_SERVICE_RESPONCE STRING

After processing this message, subagent should set VID_RCC variable as
described in previous posts, and variable VID_SERVICE_STATUS of type
DWORD to service status code. 0 should mean that everything is ok, and
we should choose some other codes to indicate various problems (for
example, port is closed, service not doesn't respond as expected, etc.)
