Topics for Concept Guide

Hi all!

I think that we should start documentation with "Concept Guide" -
document which will describe basic terms and concepts. Below is the
proposed topics:

1. General system overview
2. Objects
3. Status and configuration polling
4. DCI (data Collection Items)
5. Thresholds
6. Events
7. Alarms
8. Actions
9. Event Processing Policy
10. System architecture

Any comments?
