netxmsd hangs at startup under RH9/2.4.20 : workaround

Hello.

In short: nxagentd hangs with RedHat's kernel 2.4.20 - broken pthread
conditions (screwed NPTL backport?).
workaround: set enviroment variable LD_ASSUME_KERNEL to something like
'2.4.18', it will enforce dynamic linker to use LinuxThreads instead of
NPTL.
