Hi there,

I have my NetXms server installed on a Windows W2k8 Std R2 X64.
I noticed that all Internal DCI's that only the NXServer provides are all "Unsupported".
Other DCI's like NetXms Agent DCI's are fine.

I'm debugging the NXAgent installed on this server but no errors.
If I manually "Activate" the Internal DCI's, they immediately come back to unsupported.

Here's the startup Debug of my NXClient from this Server

Does someone recomends other troubleshooting steps ?
I'm a little bit lost because I don't know where those Internal DCI's come from or are handled....

Thanks in advance.

That means that netxms thinks this node it not running server anymore.
Have you changed IP address of the server recently?

Luiz A. Camilo

Hi Alex,

No, I haven't changed the IP, but I've changed this object to a new Zone ID 7.
I changed it back to zone ID 0 ( default ) but no success.
Is there a way to fix it ? I imagine that this will require some database manual edits, but if you give me some directions, I can do the rest.

Thank you !
