AFAIK currently there's no Linux version of nxcon - configuration/mgmt
console. But again AFAIK alternative versions are planned as well as web
interface is being developed.

Linux is already supported - you can run server and agent on it. We
don't have binary distribution for Linux yet, so you have to build
NetXMS from source package. Feel free to ask if you will have any
compilation/installation/configuration problems.
