Stability issues

I'm running 0.2.3 on SuSE Linux Pro 9, and have been having a fair few
stability issues with it.

I have about 15 nodes entered, and the configuration is pretty much default.
However, after running for about 20-30 seconds, it just randomly exits.
Turning on debugging and SQL dumping doesn't reveal much, aside from that it
always seems to be just after grabbing network card link status that it
dies.

I'm going to try it on a more up to date version of SuSE, but at the moment
I'm baffled.
