Yes, there is a plan to implement such filters. I think it should be in
a form of boolean expressions, where capabilities flags can be used,
like "isBridge && isSNMP". And about tools itself, the following tool
categories are planned:
1. SNMP table - display values retrieved by SNMP in a table form.
Examples can be routing table or process list.
2. Agent table - same as SNMP table, but data comes from NetXMS agent.
3. Internal - some things that needs special handling, like wakeup node.
4. Action - execute an action on NetXMS agent, restart node for example.
5. URL - open given URL (with macro expansion), like getting web
interface for a switch.
6. External command - run external command (with macro expansion) on
console workstation. Example can be starting telnet to the switch.
