RedHat Compile Problems

Hello,
I just downloaded the newest version of NetXMS and I am having some issues compiling the software. Here is the relevant info:
 
NetXMS version 0.2.6
 
# g++ --version
g++ (GCC) 3.4.4 20050721 (Red Hat 3.4.4-2)
 
Here is the error that I recieve when running make:
