0.2.10: OpenBSD subagent patch is available

Hello.

We are discovered that OpenBSD subagent is screwed up -- i've messed
with cvs commit at some point, old-and-not-working version of source
were put in release (0.2.10) -- with broken Process.Count()
Diff file is available here: http://netxms.org/download/system.cpp.patch

How to apply:
*) Unpack source (tar zxvf netxms-0.2.10.tar.gz)
*) Change working dir to netxms-0.2.10 (cd netxms-0.2.10)
*) Patch it with system.cpp.patch (patch -p1 < /where/is/system.cpp.patch)
*) Build it (configure && make && make insatall)
