Victor,
I tried the StartupDelay = 30, I also tried 120.....no improvement.
However I created a batch script that runs when I logon that starts the
service (i had to change the service to manual). This method does
work....however, you need to login to for the agent to start. I do not
have the xp firewall enabled for the interface.

I'll keep toying around with the win98 machine.

I will keep you posted.
