Need Assistance - NetXMS Core will not start

Ok....this is a new one, For some reason NetXMS core will not
start....consequently, I cannot log in. Agent and web server start
fine, but not the core. Are there any reasons the core would not
start? Is there a config file I can check?

Windows XP pro
Mysql 5.0 - running

If I have to re-install......How do I keep my data?
