data collection entries work only after server reboot

Hello Victor or other NetXMS users,

I've got a problem with new entries at Data-Collection.
I can create new once, but they don't work correctly, they collect data,

but no Event or Action will be executed. After stopping and starting the
server,
they work normally. The problem exists on Version 0.2.13 and now after
Update
to 0.2.15 too. The Database (mysql Version 4.0.18-32.20) check with
"nxdbmgr check" is OK and no errors in the logfile.
