Hello,
SNMP monitoring is enabled, but interface list is not.
Everytime i try full poll configuration, i get Unable to get interface list from node.
Besides, information in Object Details is missing, like System Description
I don't know what i can make to make it happen correctly espesially that i searched in the forum and didn't find any clue.

i put the correct community string, and force polling, it says in the log :

[12.04.2019 10:52:50] **** Poll request sent to server ****
[12.04.2019 10:52:50] Poll request accepted
[12.04.2019 10:52:50] Starting configuration poll for node BIAK
[12.04.2019 10:52:50] Checking node's capabilities...
[12.04.2019 10:52:50]    Checking SNMP...
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Capability check finished
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Checking interface configuration...
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Unable to get interface list from node
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Interface configuration check finished
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Checking node name
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Node name is OK
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Finished configuration poll for node BIAK
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] Node configuration was not changed after poll
[12.04.2019 10:53:08] **** Poll completed successfully ****

it's means that the snmp communication between the node and server is ok.
But, i still do not find the interfaces of my router, discovered.

Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Hi,

from configuration poll output it looks like SNMP is not detected on the node. Make sure that community string is correct and SNMP requests from NetXMS serever are allowed on device. You can use command line tools nxsnmpget and nxsnmpwalk to check if SNMP requests are going through.

Best regards,
Victor
