Network Discovery and grouping

I've got a question about using the Proxy feature, and how discovered nodes are automatically added.

With an office full of computers, everything is behind a firewall/router. One of the computers is acting as a proxy and has a direct open port to the Internet. It looks like auto discovery is finding the rest of the machines on the LAN with the NetXMS agent installed on them, however all the newly discovered machines are being grouped under the "Default" object category. Anyone know why this is? I'm a little new to NetXMS, but I'm trying to figure this out. According to what I read in the documentation, I believe that the one machine acting as the proxy is required to be under the "Default" objects group in order to function properly. The problem I'm facing is that I don't want newly discovered boxes being grouped under the "Default" category.

Maybe I could set a custom NXSL script to group them differently and set it under the Network Discovery filtering options? Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
