Hi Everyone,

I want to be able to send myself alerts on netxms via email, we are using office 365 at the moment I just want to send the alerts to my email or must I use another email server or type of program, I have attached our server settings that is default at the moment, can someone please assist.

I also have the same request. I can't find anywhere to specify a username and password, which is required

Netxms currently works only with SMTP servers that do not require encryption. You can use email relay software, e.g. http://emailrelay.sourceforge.net/ for Windows. For linux it could be e.g. postfix.

SMTP Authentication was added in 4.3, so now it should work without mail relay software. Please see updated documentation: https://www.netxms.org/documentation/adminguide/event-processing.html#notification-channels
