hello team,

I am just a newbie, please help me to correct setting about snmp proxy.

1 windows server (maybe naming 'srv') ,2 NICs, nic0 for my lan, nic1 connecting to a NAS as iSCSI, nic0 has netmask 24, nic1 has netmask 30.
The NetXMS server is installed on a Windows 10 Machine, both 2.2.11,

The SRV agent working great(only agent, not use SNMP),but, I need to monitor NAS device.
The agent config is EnableProxy and EnableSNMPProxy to yes, service restarted.
Then do step below:
1.create unmanagement node
2.IP address set to NAS ipaddress, like 192.168.168.2, Windows server nic1 ip is 192.168.168.1
3.disable ICMP ping for status polling
4.SNMP version and community is correct
5.choice SRV as snmp Proxy

After that, trying to polling configuration, or run snmpwalk, not success.
NetXMS console message say:unable to get interface list

Any thing wrong as my step?

Thank you for your help

If I understood you correctly, you created an unmanaged node, but you do want to poll it for status, SNMP, etc.
You need the node (i.e. the NAS in your case) to be managed for this to work.

Unmanaged is more for devices that you can't or don't want to monitor but still want to see inside NetXMS.
