Possible to set chmod and user rights (chown) in Agent Policy File Delivery.
Atleast possible to set chmod +x for scripts to be used later.

is there anything new on this? I am also very interested in such a function.

Or is there another way to assign the appropriate rights?

This has been implemented in developers version and will be released soon.
