hi victor,

i came across the need to initiate a network discovery and i think that adding support to on-demand network discovery and the ability to run it on all ready discovered subnet will be a great feature.

yes, it can be done. Could be fairly easy on node level - is just another poll, like status or configuration. On a subnet level will take a bit more work, although not much.
