when i open the java management console i get an error on loading mib.
any idea?

Is the MIB file present under '/usr/share/netxms/mibs/netxms.mib' (or '/var/lib/netxms/netxms.mib' if installed from .deb packages) on the server?
i don't jnow what mis it is looking for and the error includes "i/o" or some thing like that, it's disappearing too fast.
the odd thing is that the error window seems like a regular error window which i'm suppose to see in the bottom of the console window and for some reason i can't see it.
here is the exact error:
'Load MIB file on startup' has encountered a problem.
Cannot load MIB file from server: File I/O operation failed
