Looking to automatically create a helpdesk ticket when a new alarm is triggered. What is the best most efficient way to do this?

Jira is integrated already, as well as workflow schemes setup etc. The last thing was mainly just tickets automatically getting made on alarms. I have read through the EPP and action configuration sections of the Administration guide. I have probably missed something somewhere. Just looking for some guidance on what actions need to be put in place and what commands to call.

Hi,

there is an option in alarm section of EPP rule - "create helpdesk ticket". If checked it will create ticket automatically when alarm is created.
