A pretty simple problem this time( at least I hope:) )

1)I right click in the data collection screen
2)I select the NetXMS agent as origin
3)I press select and all I see is a white screen instead of all the possible paramaters.

When I manually put in the parameter the data I get back is correct 

It's just this simple problem 

List of available parameters populated by server during configuration polls, which is every 1 hour by default. You can start configuration poll manually by right-clicking on node object and selecting Poll -> Configuration.
