Hi,

When I want to create a new Object Tools I get an error "Cannot generate object tool ID: Database failure"

Configuration > Object Tools > Add New

Anyone with the same problem after update?

How to fix it?

Regards

Denis

It was not possible to reproduce for me.
Please run server in debug mode on a level 6 and check what is in log.

Thank you!

I have the same problem. I just updated from version 1.2.8 to 1.2.4 on a VM running Centos 6.

Please find the debug message after trying to modify an object tool:

[10-Jun-2014 13:06:57.880] [ERROR] SQL query failed (Query = "DELETE FROM object_tools_acl WHERE tool_id=?"): 08P01 ERROR:  bind message supplies 9 parameters, but prepared statement "netxms_stmt_0x7fbef4055630_1402420017" requires 1

I could modify the objects by doing it manually on the Database.

You can use git or daily snapshot.

But you can face with troubles in communication with nxmc or webinterface.
