Hello Good day again. I would just like to ask why I cannot receive sms through netxms to my phone but netxms tells me that it has successfully sent the sms. Can I ask why? Thank you very much to your help.

Try to set debug level on server to 6 and watch for SMS driver messages when it sends SMS. Also, check what messages you got from SMS driver in server log on server startup.
