Title: Change server IP address - now DB locked
Post by: millerpaint on October 16, 2012, 12:39:10 AM
Greetings,

I need to change the IP address of the Centos v6.x server running NetXMS.  After I change the address, I can't launch NetXMS - it complains that another instance of NetXMS under the old IP address has the MySQL database locked, and it aborts.

How can I clear out the old IP information/unlock the DB?

Any help is appreciated!

-Kevin

Ooops.  I searched on Google, and found my answer on this forum:

https://www.netxms.org/forum/general-support/netxms-database-locked-to-ip-adress/ (https://www.netxms.org/forum/general-support/netxms-database-locked-to-ip-adress/)

Working flawlessly now!
