Title: Connection refused connect
Post by: Yuhi1314 on May 15, 2019, 08:17:04 AM
Hello everyone!

Installed netxms server, agent with postgresql on Centos 7. Console installed on Windows. After connection to Server from Console everything looks fine, but after a certain period of time connection
refused from server. When i try to reconect it's just does not work. Then i manualy start server again and its works. Its not about firewall and also network problems cause its works again only after restarting the server. Any idea? Will appreciate it a lot.

Hi,

seems to be a bug in the server. What version you are using? Is there core dump for server process?

Best regards,
Victor

Centos 7-1810. 3.10.0-957.10.1.el7.
Netxms - the latest release-2.2.14. Core files are not enable, i can try to enable them and see what it will be in them.

There are no any crash logs at the moment when connection was refused=(

Did netxmsd process gone or it is running but became unresponsive? If latter, please make sure that you have gdb installed and run attached script. It will capture thread stack traces within netxmsd and save them into /tmp. Please provide generated trace file.

Best regards,
Victor
