hi,

i have upgraded from 2.2.10 to 2.2.11 and i start getting "sys_db_query_failed".
os: win2012 r2
db: postgres 9.6 x64

it does not happen all the time and the last time i have checked the interval stood on 27 minutes.
in 2.2.10 i have never had this problem
