Freezing Agents

Hi,

i am using v1.2.3 with agents on windows 2008 r2.
i got an error that the agent has changed state to unsupported.
i looked at the service and it was in running mode and only restart to the agent solved the problem.
the agents are configured with watchdog.

what could be the problem ?

Hi!

Could you run agent in debug mode and provide me with debug log (at least last messages before freeze)?

Hi Victor,

that would be very hard since there is now reoccurring pattern that i can foresee when the agent will freeze.
i will try to run one of the agents in debug mode all the time.

upgraded to 1.2.14 and don't want to jinks it but non of the agents froze.

Hi victor,

i didn't get the chance to run one of the agents in debug mode but i have noticed that after a power failure or lost of communication to the server the agents changes their status either to "1" or just freeze and they do not restore their connection when the server is connected again.

hope it will help you find something.
