Route From / Routing Tables not working

Server version 5.2.3

We made some routing changes on our network and now the "route from" option no longer works. The routing table for our mikrotik routers no longer loads, just a time out error.

I just need some assistance on how to troubleshoot this. I am able to see the arp cache and all the interfaces, and there are no SNMP errors.

Are you getting timeout error when you open "routing table" view for Mikrotik device? If so, this likely means bug in a server, as routing tables are cached, and you should get either empty one or last known. Timeout probably indicates deadlock within a server.
On what platform your server is running?

Yes I am seeing "request timed out" when trying to open the routing table on Mikrotik devices. Server is running on Windows 10.

After the moment when system shows "request timeout message" please capture dump of netxmsd process. You can do this using Windows Task Manager, there's "Create Dump File" if you right-click the process.

Same results after upgrading. The routing table does take much longer to timeout now. "Route From" now just shows "Incomplete;0 hops"

Could it be possible to get remote access to your NetXMS server, or one of these Mikrotik devices? That would be beneficial for debugging this. Feel free to respond in PM.
