Hi, how could change the interface description update frequency, i change some interface descriptions on a few devices and netxms show the new interface description after 36 hours aprox.

How does NetXMS communicate with these devices, via SNMP or you have NetXMS agent installed there?

these devices are network devices, routers, switches, etc, the communication is with snmp
