Hello,

I've discovered the vlan column on Interfaces tab.
It works great with Alcatel and HP switches :)
but Nothing with my Cisco switch, is there something to do in order to activate this ?

BTW, is it also possible to have ports view in the Ports tab ?

Thanks,
STime

grrr it wasn't mapped to the correct driver

My switch is a catalyst 9500 so I setup a manual driver : CATALYST-GENERIC
(go to custom fields and add snmp.driver with CATALYST-GENERIC as the value)

it solved the vlan column question :)

How can I add the oid to let netxms auto assign the correct driver ?
And how can I fix the Ports view ?

Thanks

What is device OID? I'll update driver so it will detect such devices as supported if it works correctly.

Does port view not working even with Catalyst driver?

Best regards,
Victor

Hello Victor,

OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2688
It is a C9500-48Y4C

I have 2 other 9500 models

And no, ports view is still empty :(

Thanks

Also, have the same issue with some Cisco 9300 switches. Ports not showing in the port view.

Model C9300-48P
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2494

Netxms version - 2.2.8 planning to upgrade to 2.2.15 do you think it might be fine in this version?

Let me know if any further details are required i.e port layout.
