Hello,

We have 2 switches SG500X and Cisco SG500-52P they are both not recognized as switches. I can find them with IP but they have Unknown interface.

Anything i can do about that?

Edit Btw how do i configure netXMS to show me the available space from a server, now i have a servername and when i expand it is show unknown. I'm pretty new to this.

Hi!

Do they respond to SNMP? Check that SNMP settings are correct and that you can reach them by SNMP. You can do that using nxsnmpwalk or nxsnmpget tools.
