I have installed package RADnetxms.1.2.14.sparc.pkg in solaris, now I want to configure database.
But not able to find configuration files in solaries 10, please help.

I am not able to find netxms config files on following path:

/opt/netxms
/var/svc/manifest/application/management

you have to create netxmsd.conf from scratch (you can put it into /opt/netxms/etc or /etc). Server configuration file described here: https://www.netxms.org/documentation/adminguide/server-management.html#configuration-file.
