NetXMS Support Forum

Hello.

I just installed Netxms on a CentOS 3.7 box.  I followed instructions closely, and the installation seemed to go fine.  However, the netxms server daemon doesn't seem to start with the command "/usr/local/bin/netxmsd".  At least, no process is started.  I can, however, start the agent.

Ideas/fix on what the problem is?

Sorry, actually solved this myself by first creating the user netxms, then giving it permissions on the database.  I've run into this issue before when installing proggies which use mysql.
