We are seeing where solaris nodes are getting the "too many open files" notice in the agent log. We wrote a small shell script:

ulimit -n 1024
/opt/netxms/........

This does not seem to be helping. Any suggestions on tuning this either via the compile time options or other?

Current setting on solaris 10 node

~64000, the soft limit is set to 256

Are you running only NetXMS agent on Solaris or server too?

Hi,
Im using the netxms agent only on Solaris 9 and Solaris 10. Currently running version 0.2.20
