I see that you can use the -dashboard option to launch nxmc with a dashboard.  However when it launches it also shows all the open tabs from a previous session.  Is it possible to have it start with only the dashboard you specify (not in fullscreen)?  If there a way to tell nxmc not to start with its previous sessions tabs?

The solution once directed to the area by Victor is using the workbench.xmi under ~\.nxmc\data\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench which allow you to define which tabs are open on startup.
