Title: Stopping Layer 2 topology Map seed
Post by: Rod on January 31, 2017, 12:44:12 AM
Hi,

I have created a map using the layer 2 topology seed option.
The map is created dynamically with the links. This a great feature and worked fairly well except that when I remove Items from the map, with the "Remove from map" command (Ctrl+R), in order to make separate zones, the Items reappear after a few moments.
Is their anyway to stop the seed node or to copy the map with the items and links selected to an other static map?

I have the same problem.Besides, if a switch gets temporarily disconnected from the network and it's not reachable anymore from the seed nodes, it disappears from the map and when it becomes connected again, it reappears in the top left corner instead if the position it had when it disappeared.
