Title: Subagent File manager file mgr - in netxms web interface console can't download

Hi, I have version 1.2.16, with the subagent File mgr, File manager, with the web interface I can't download or view file.
(Only in the web console, in the other console the agent works fine!)

Looks like old bug. Should be fixed in version 1.2.17.
