Hello everyone,
I am installing NetXMS  on a Windows 2008 R2 64 bit edition, I already have 2008R2 Express installed on that server.
During the NetXMS server installation, it didnt install the sql server driver as there was an updated version of the client already there on that server. While connecting to the database server, got the error "error loading database driver"; i tried both odbc (system dsn) and the sql server driver; uninstalled the updated driver and reinstalled the one came with this package; i still got the same error;
TCP/IP is enabled on the server and ODBC test connection is also working fine; Still i couldnt resolve the issue.

Any help will be appreciated

Hi!

What version of NetXMS you trying to install? From what installer file? Can you please send me your netxmsd.conf file? Also, try to run

netxmsd.exe -D 9

from command line and send me the output.

I am installing the latest version; Once I installed PostegreSQL, the connection went fine; i will try pointing the databse back to SQL server (I am not sure howto do this ) and will send you the results
