Title: High Availability and Appliance Version
Post by: 802logix on February 05, 2012, 05:00:05 AM
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of setting this up HA scenarios?  I'm looking to host this a cloud environment to monitor our end users.  We have a VoIP platform that is delivered via Rackspace/Amazon.  I would like to monitor our customers premise equipment.  Cisco Router, Cisco Switch and various SIP devices.  We have no control of the network between our platform and the end user obviously... but would like to keep a pro active approach to any problems that may arise.

Hi!

You mean high availability for NetXMS server itslef? You can check this topic: https://www.netxms.org/forum/configuration/netxms-in-a-cluster-mode/ (https://www.netxms.org/forum/configuration/netxms-in-a-cluster-mode/) for one possible approach to run NetXMS server in active-standby cluster.

Best regards,
