Title: Problems accessing WebUI under Windows 2016
Post by: wetfish on January 21, 2019, 01:40:32 PM
Hi,
I installed Netxms 2.2.12 and mySQL on Windows 2016.

The system works fine, all SNMP monitoring is working like a charm, together with triggers and email notifications.

I downloaded the netxms-webui-2.2.12-x64.exe and installed it on the server. I used the defaults (c:\netxms as folder and port 8080). I got no errors during installation.

However, when I try to access it from a windows client by typing http://192.168.0.4:8080 (my server's IP) or http://netxms16:8080 (the server hostname), I am getting the following error on both Internet Explorer and Chrome browser:

{"description":"Internal error","error":46}

Could someone please let me know what the problem could be?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

there was packaging error for web installer. We have it repacked, try to download it again and reinstall. MD5 sum should be b52ecdaaf41f3d7b4e1f57ea8b6b327a.

Best regards,

Hi,

Reinstalling the repacked web interface fixed the problem.
