Hi,

What is the correct procedure to upgrade 1.0.13 (embedded SQL Lite) to 1.1.10 on Windows 2008 R2 ?

I have tried and end up with all sorts of SQL errors.

There are known errors in upgrade procedure for SQLite. You should wait for a fix. It is planned for next 1.1.x release.
