hi,

i have installed the new version 1.1.4 using new mysql server and the installation went fine but the service starts and stops and i do not know why.when i installed it using sqlite everything was fine.

what is the problem ?

Is there anything in the logs? Also, try to start netxmsd.exe from command line in debug mode (netxmsd.exe -D 9) and look for debug messages.

nothing in the logs but i will try the debug mode
