Hello,

I am trying to install the NetXMS client on a Windows 2000 server, should this be a different version then the one which is "current" on the site? Because I get an error at the end of the installation. The error I get is "The procedure entry point GetVolumePathNamesForVolumeNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll"

We have a lot if legacy clients.

Regards,
Rob

Hi,

I suppose you mean agent? Then you can get one of older versions from archive: https://www.netxms.org/download/archive/agent_packages/. You can try 1.1.10, if it will not work, then 1.0.13.

Best regards,
Victor

Hi,

Yes I mean the agent. The version 1.0.13 seems to work. However it still gives an error.

Thanks,
Rob
