I'm an engineer, working for a Hungarian telecommunication firm
(Teletechnika Ltd). We are nearly at the completion of developing a building
management system for one of the biggest local ISP, Invitel Ltd.
Our choice was to use NetXMS 1.0.9 version, by the way thanks for the
system, it helped us forward greatly. The only remaining task is now to log
the alarm acknowledgement in the Event log, denoting the operator name who
approved the alarm. This could be very useful to check on the person who
faced the alarm in case of any problem.
Do you have any suggestion to resolve this task or have you planned to
elaborate this feature?
