enter UTF-8 characters in message field or description field of event template, then save, it's ok.

but

when refresh again, some random characters automatically add behind the original UTF-8 character.

i installed netxms server V 1.2.17 on windows server 2008R2.

i'm trying to make new event template and when the input non-English characters in the Name field the following message appears:

Cannot create new event template: Invalid object name


How to support UTF-8 characters?
