General Support / Serial interface not supported

Hi, we have Cisco WIC-1T serial interface card, frame-relay. I have tried to poll inbound/outbound traffic but it says UNSUPPORTED, polling the ethernet ports are OK. Is there something I missed in the configuration?

General Support / Subnet appearing on Network Map

Hi, how could I permanently delete the subnet/network from appearing on the Network Map? I have to keep deleting it and after a while it comes back.
