Well, apparently there is more to this.  I have tried the following SMTPServer settings to no avail:

localhost
127.0.0.1
smtp.office365.com
smtp.office365.com:587
mydomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
mydomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com:587

Anyone?  Bueller?  Bueller?

So in other works you are saying I can use smtp.office365.com as my SMTPServer?  Do I also need to include the port?  e.g. smtp.office365.com:587

General Support / SSMTP officce 365 configuration
March 29, 2017, 03:57:25 PM
Using Debian Jessie with SSMTP as my relay server.  Netxms 2.0.8 Web Management Console.  Testing the SMTP relay from command line my emails send just fine.  However I am not getting any emails from netxms.  Here are my settings:

[email protected]
SMTPFromName=Netxms Server
SMTPRetryCount=1
SMTPServer=127.0.0.1

Is there something I have set wrong?

I guess if you poke around the system long enough you find the answers.

Don't count on forum responses!

I fixed it.

General Support / Missing Parameters for SNMP DCI
March 27, 2017, 06:12:35 PM
If I try to create a new parameter, and then specify SNMP I never get the mib browser.  I get the spinning wheel like it is loading the  mib, but then it disappears and I never get to select the values.  Running on debian jessie using the latest java download for the web console.

Seriously??  No one can answer this??  I installed from YOUR repository.

I am new to Netxms and have an installation running on a Debian Jessie system.  I've been reading the admin guide and doing some configurations, however I am noticing that actions/parameters and other fields are blank.  I tried to enter a value into one field and it told me I had to make a selection from the drop down menu, but there wasn't one.  Am I missing some files?  I installed according to the wiki using the debian repository.  Not sure how I find what actions or parameters are available without a pre-populated list.

I am using the web based interface.  It seems there is a difference between that and the GUI.  Just like looking at the process monitoring in the manual, yet there is no matching menu item in the web interface.

Thanks
