Hi,

I would need to profile in the user management a group that has the possibility only to view:

the maps
infrastructure service
the alarms browser

After creating the group, I only assigned "views" as system rights, but after assigning the user to that group, he can't see absolutely anything. What am I doing wrong? My OS is Ubuntu 20.10 and my netxms server version is 3.6.3

Thanks for the support.

Yes the process is running when I try to connect. The OS is Ubuntu 20.10 with 5.8.0-29-generic kernel.

Sorry, I forgot to add that whenever I restart the netxmsd service comes back to work for a few hours.

Same problem here, with server version 3.6.273 (but is the same with 3.6.252), when I try to connect with client or via web, the error is " Request timeout". I've got ten different server with the same version and I've got the same problem.
Any suggestion?

I've just try to upgrade from netxms 3.4.310 to 3.5, but I can't find the mysql driver in the official ubuntu repository. will it be added or will mysql no longer be supported?
