hi,

i want to start using policies.
what is the status of this feature ?
i have written 1 policy which enables watchdog and i wrote it like this:
EnableWatchdog = yes
i have installed it on 3 nodes with agents and for some reason the icon indicates the the status is unknown. why is that ? did i do anything wrong ?
i have checked the nodes and i saw the file in the config.. folder and even restarted the agents.

Hi Victor,

i do not know what happened but it works. i have installed the new version, changed the directory to the netxms bin directory, ran the upgrade and it worked.
the only thing i can think of is that i ran the nxdbmgr command out of the netxms bin directory {i really do not remember what i did}

Of course. this is what gave me the error saying it can not load or initialize.
i was not able to upgrade the db.
as i mentioned, i have installed the x64 and the x32 versions on different computers and different operating systems and the problem did not occurs, the DB was upgraded.
the problem occurs only in my linux box.
when i installed v1.2.3 on the same linux box with the same postgre everything went smooth.
hope this info will give you a lead

could not wait so i did it now.
from the files i can see that maybe the nxdbmgr has a problem.
by the way, i have installed 1.2.4 on windows servers and i did not have a problem

i am trying to install the new version 1.2.4 on centos linux with postgresql .
up until now i did not have problems but with this new version i get "unable to load and initialize database driver...", what is the problem ? what have changed ?
i use pgsql v9.1

in the "last values" tab it would be great to have a column which state the origin template of the dci.
for example: i have created a template to check services of hyper-v server and i called it hyper and when i open the last values tab i want to see along each service dci the name hyper.

hi victor,

i have installed the new version 1.2.3 out of the box and i did not changed anything.
maybe i didn't explain my self correctly.
in the attached screenshot you can see that i have created 2 containers and what i wanted is the ability to double click "test1" and it will expand showing "test2" and so on until i get to the objects.
is this already enabled ?
