i have forgot to mention that i have a lot of nodes with this same situation.

hi,

i have shutdown all my lab and the netxms server last so i have received all the "node down" alarms.
today i have fired up everything {the netxms server was not fired up first} and i have watched the console to see that everything is up and here is the thing.
i took a workstation for example and i saw that i have a "node down" alarm although when checking the node i saw that netxms has discovered the net int. as up but no sys_node_up was received hence the "node down" alarm was not closed,even after 5 hours.i have not touched the server's configuration so the defaults are applied.

when "SYS_NODE_UP" is sent ?
what is wrong ?

in the old console i was able to invoke the "tools" menu from the event itself, when it will be applied to the java console ?

so maybe it has to be taken care of in the code in a form of refresh or something like that

will it do this automatically ? will it pop up an alarm for me to change it manually or will i have to wait till a message arrives to change it ?

Hi,

i have created a snmp and a correlated event got from netapp when a volume is full and what i get is a hex string rather then the message itself in text.
i have checked the event log and the snmp log and they both show the message text in hex.

what do i do ?
b.t.w - a feature request with this subject, view snmp log the same way we see event log and audit log.

there are 2 new features one called: visual ip routing and the other called 802.1x port state.
do i need an certain driver like a driver to cisco 3750 to view data ? since they do not work for me.
